mostly research stuff
okay, imagine (yes, imagination, remember that?) you’re doing a project and would like to spontaneously create a disposable email address for any one of a number of reasons…now you can. see mailinator at Mailinator “here is how it works:
You are on the web, at a party, or talking to your favorite insurance salesman. Whereever you are, someone (or some webpage) asks for your email. You know if you give it, you’ll be on their spam list. On the other hand, you do want at least one message from that person. The answer is to give them a mailinator address. You don’t need to sign-up. You just make it up on the spot. Pick jonesy@mailinator.com or bipster@mailinator.com - pick anything you want (up to 15 characters before the @ sign).
Later, come to this site and check that account. Its that easy. Mailinator accounts are created when mail arrives for them. No signup, no personal information, and when you’re done - you can walk away - an instant solution to one way spammers get your address. Its an anti-spam solution for everyone. The messages are automatically deleted for you after a few hours”
this blog is mostly safe for work, though i sometimes throw around a 'fuck' or two. you'll find a bunch of my articles from CI Magazine, SCIP online, other research pieces and some other crap. enjoy. there's lost of content here related to getting information about, around, from and through people and organizations...

I am using always the fake email service from http://www.myTrashMail.com . It is the same idea as Mailinator but with additional forward and delete functions.
In my case I use myTrashMail.com for all forum signups. I also check it once a while (emails stay for a week) As soon my account get too much of spam I move on to another address.
I use myTrashMail.com daily. Its even faster than a web based login at Hotmail.
You even can make a shorcut bookmark like: http://www.mytrashmail.com/myTrashMail_inbox.aspx?email=test
So your email address “test@myTrashMail.com” is only one click away.

How about DisposableE-mail.com?
It’s the only one I can remember, when I need a disposable e-mail, lol.
